2020 – 2025: 130.000 sqm residential and commercial
BREEAM is the most highly regarded international system that provides certification for the assessment of the sustainability performance of infrastructure projects, individual buildings and communities. BREEAM certified buildings contribute to the well-being of residents and protect natural resources at the same time.
2022 - Luxuria Residence
630 apartments certified BREEAM Excellent.
Luxuria Residence complex obtained BREEAM Excellent certification with a score of 80.4%, following the BuildGreen assessment, being the first residential complex in Romania with this certification. The assessment followed the categories: management, health and well-being, energy, transport, water, materials used, waste, land use and ecology, pollution, innovation.
2023 - Greenfield PLAZA
Certified BREEAM Excellent, the Greenfield PLAZA shopping center has a high energy performance, thanks to the use of renewable energy, which translates into reduced pollution, protection of natural resources and low maintenance costs. The roof of the wellness club is equipped with solar panels, which cover about 70% of the energy needed to heat domestic water and swimming pools, while 25% of the electricity needed for the shopping center is provided by photovoltaic panels.
2025 - Greenfield Băneasa
732 apartments completed, in the process of BREEAM Excellent certification.
The fourth phase of the GREENFIELD Băneasa development with 1,162 apartments, is designed and built to BREEAM Excellent standards, in the process of obtaining certification, as the apartments will be delivered.
nZEB Certifications
All our projects that have obtained the building permit after 2021 will be built to the nZEB standard, which requires a minimum of 30% of the energy used to come from renewable sources. The planned projects GREENFIELD Copou, ARIA Verdi and the new phases of GREENFIELD Băneasa will comply with this standard.

Deloitte "Best Managed Companies" certification, initiated by Deloitte Private
In 2024, our company obtained the Best Managed Companies Romania certification, a program present for 30 years globally, carried out by Deloitte in partnership with EBRD - European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, BVB - Bucharest Stock Exchange and BT - Banca Transilvania.
The certification recognizes the performance of the management team in implementing best practices, processes and procedures at internationally recognized standards.
