
Between 2026 and 2034, we intend to develop 7,870 residential units, with a built area of over 892,000 sqm and a gross development value of EUR 1.61 billion. Through vertical integration – from design and construction to sales and management – we have the ability to accelerate developments and transform portfolio land into modern, sustainable communities.
We continue to expand our reference projects, GREENFIELD Baneasa and BOREAL Plus, and in parallel we are preparing the launch of new urban landmarks: ARIA Verdi and GREENFIELD West in Bucharest, as well as GREENFIELD Copou in Iasi. All future developments will comply with the nZEB and BREEAM Excellent standards and will integrate the concept of the "15-minute city", with a positive impact on people's lives.
