IMPACT Activity on the Stock Exchange
We have been listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) since 1996, under the symbol "IMP". Currently, our shares are traded in the Premium category and we have a VEKTOR score of 10 – the maximum score in investor communication, according to ARIR. We are part of the BVB indices: BET-XT, BET-XT-TR, BET-XT-TRN and BET PLUS.
There are no restrictions on the transfer of securities, voting rights or holdings with special control rights.
IMPACT has a dividend policy - more information here. It is proposed by the CEO and adopted by the Board of Directors in the form of a set of guidelines that the company intends to follow regarding the distribution of net profit.
The decision on the payment of dividends based on the results of the fiscal year ended, the size of the dividends and the terms of payment is taken by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
The payment of dividends is subject to the general provisions on prescription (by considering also the incidence of the provisions of art. 2554 from the Civil Code on the extension of the term).
