1991 - The company IMPACT is established.

In a time of transition and economic rebirth, immediately after the fall of the communist regime, IMPACT was born—the first private real estate company in post-communist Romania. The founding of our company marked a milestone in the history of the emerging market economy, being the first in the country established through public subscription. With an innovative vision and a modern business model, we paved the way for private investment in the real estate sector, laying the foundation for a dynamic and competitive market.

1995 - We develop the first residential complex in Romania

We are introducing a revolutionary concept to the Romanian real estate market – “residential complex”. This premiere takes shape with the development of the Alfa Complex in Pipera, an exclusive project with 40 luxury homes. Through this initiative, we redefined the standards of urban living, offering an integrated model of a modern community, based on comfort, safety and a better quality of living.

1996 - We list on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB)

We mark a historic moment in the real estate sector in Romania, becoming the first real estate development and construction company to be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). This listing represents not only a recognition of the company's solidity and transparency, but also an important step in the development of the Romanian capital market, offering investors the opportunity to participate in the growth of a sector essential to the national economy.

1998 - We start the Beta residential complex

We continue our expansion in the residential sector and launch the Beta complex, which includes 70 villas in Pipera, one of the most attractive areas around Bucharest. This new complex contributes to the development of premium residential infrastructure and the transformation of the Pipera area into a reference neighborhood for modern and exclusive homes.

1999 - We develop the Gama & Delta villa complex

We continue our expansion and innovation in the residential sector by developing the Gama & Delta project in Pipera, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the Bucharest metropolitan area. This new complex, comprising 250 villas, redefines the concept of premium housing, offering an ideal mix of comfort, privacy and accessibility. Gama & Delta represents a reference point in the development of the Bucharest metropolitan area, laying the foundations for the transformation of Pipera into a top residential area.

2001 - We develop the Class, Epsilon & Zeta projects

We are consolidating our leading position in the real estate development market by launching new large-scale residential complexes. We start with the Class project, which covers an impressive 75,000 sq m and includes 202 modern villas. In parallel, we are also initiating the Epsilon & Zeta complex, which adds 106 villas to the IMPACT portfolio. These developments contribute significantly to the expansion of the premium housing segment and the modernization of the residential infrastructure in Romania

2002 - We expand nationally and develop the Boreal complex in Constanta

We are expanding our activity to the seaside, starting the construction of the Boreal complex in Constanta. The project includes 151 villas, designed to offer a modern and comfortable lifestyle, in a well-organized urban setting. With a long-term vision, the development of this complex is completed in 2010, consolidating IMPACT's presence in the south-eastern area of ​​the country and bringing a new standard of living to the city of Constanta.

2004 - We continue our national expansion and diversify our portfolio

In 2004, we continued our expansion by launching two new residential projects in Ploiești and Oradea. Thus, works began on the Roua Ploiești complex, consisting of 38 villas, and the Blume Oradea complex, comprising 16 villas, consolidating the company’s presence in several cities in Romania. Also during this period, we took an important step in the field of office buildings, starting the construction of Construdava Business Center, the first class A office building in the Băneasa – Pipera area. This modern space served as IMPACT’s headquarters until 2014, becoming a landmark in the corporate development of the northern area of ​​Bucharest.

2005 - We continue residential developments in Oradea and Pipera

We continue to innovate and expand the residential segment through two major projects. The first is the Europa District in Oradea, a 298-villa project, developed within a public-private partnership and completed in 2008. This complex significantly contributes to the modernization of the urban landscape of Oradea, offering modern homes in an integrated community concept.

The second is the Azur 2 complex in Pipera, a project through which we contributed to the development of the Bucharest metropolitan area. At the same time, we are completing Epsilon & Zeta, a project that adds a new level of refinement and comfort to the residential market in Bucharest.

2006 - The company's shares are promoted to Category I of the Bucharest Stock Exchange

2007 - We start developing the largest residential project in Sector 1: GREENFIELD Băneasa

In 2007, we started the construction of the GREENFIELD Băneasa project, the largest residential complex in Sector 1 of the Capital. Located in an exceptional green area, on the edge of the Băneasa Forest, this complex redefines the concept of urban living, offering a perfect balance between nature and modern comfort.

The first phase of the GREENFIELD project covers an area of ​​10 hectares and includes 680 apartments and villas, offering a balanced lifestyle, in harmony with nature. GREENFIELD Băneasa is quickly becoming one of the most attractive residential neighborhoods in Bucharest, attracting a constantly growing community.

2014 - We are starting the second phase of GREENFIELD Băneasa

In 2014, we complete the first phase of the GREENFIELD Băneasa project and launch the second phase of development. This new stage is spread over an area of ​​7 hectares and includes 35 blocks totaling 924 apartments. With this expansion, GREENFIELD Băneasa becomes one of the largest and best-planned residential complexes in Bucharest.

2015 - The company's shares are promoted to the Premium Category of the Bucharest Stock Exchange

In 2015, we reached a new milestone on the capital market with the promotion of the company's shares to the Premium Category of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). This achievement reflects the company's solid performance, financial transparency and commitment to good corporate governance practices.

2016 - We complete the second phase of GREENFIELD Băneasa and start the third phase

In 2016, we are completing the second phase of the GREENFIELD Băneasa project, with 924 apartments. The increased interest in this project motivates us to continue the vision of creating a modern urban community, close to nature. We are thus starting the works for the third phase of the complex in the north of the Capital, which includes 944 apartments in 39 blocks.

2018 - We develop LUXURIA Residence, the first BREEAM Excellent certified residential complex in the country.

We are starting the development of LUXURIA Residence, an upper-midscale residential complex located in the Expoziției area, the new development hub of the Capital. The project includes 630 contemporary apartments, with premium finishes, underground parking spaces, two private parks, a fitness center, a social and business lounge, and a children's playground. Developed to high sustainability standards, with award-winning architecture and facilities hard to find in the city, LUXURIA Residence is a landmark project in the local real estate landscape.

2019 - We are completing the third phase of the GREENFIELD Băneasa complex

In 2019, we are completing the third phase of the GREENFIELD Băneasa project, spread over 10 hectares, comprising 39 blocks and 944 apartments. Through this expansion, GREENFIELD Băneasa becomes the largest integrated residential complex in northern Bucharest, offering its residents a modern lifestyle, surrounded by nature.

2020 - We expand our presence in Constanța and start the fourth phase of GREENFIELD Băneasa

We are completing the first two phases of LUXURIA Residence, with 500 apartments, and returning to the seaside with the BOREAL Plus project in Constanta, with 673 apartments.

Also this year, the company is starting construction of the mixed-use Greenfield Plaza project and launching the fourth phase of GREENFIELD Băneasa, with 1,167 apartments, thus consolidating the development of the largest green district in the north of the Capital.

2021 - We are completing the LUXURIA Residence complex and the houses in BOREAL Plus

We are completing the last phase of the LUXURIA Residence complex in Bucharest, with 130 apartments. LUXURA Residence thus becomes the first urban community in the Expoziției area.

In parallel, in Constanța, we are completing the 18 villas within the BOREAL Plus project, consolidating our presence on the coastal residential market.

2022 - We expand through vertical integration and complete Greenfield Plaza

We are completing Greenfield Plaza, a mixed-use project with an area of ​​14,383 sqm, which includes retail, wellness and office components. At the same time, we are completing 97 new apartments in GREENFIELD Băneasa.

In parallel, we are acquiring the majority stake in RCTI and establishing two new entities: IMPACT Alliance Architecture, our own architecture and design firm, and IMPACT Alliance Moldova, a construction company, thus marking an important step towards integrating and streamlining real estate development processes.

2023 - We complete a photovoltaic park and obtain BREEAM Excellent certification for Greenfield Plaza

We are strengthening our commitment to sustainability and green energy by completing a 700 kWp photovoltaic park in GREENFIELD Băneasa.

Also this year, the first shopping center in the portfolio, Greenfield Plaza, obtains the prestigious BREEAM Excellent certification, recognition of high standards of energy efficiency, sustainability and reduced environmental impact, reaffirming our vision for responsible and sustainable developments.

2024 - We complete 732 new apartments in GREENFIELD Băneasa

We are completing an important part of the fourth phase of the GREENFIELD Băneasa development, delivering 9 buildings comprising 732 apartments, along with two commercial spaces and 988 parking spaces. This new phase marks the evolution to new standards of quality and sustainability within the neighborhood.
