Innovation is part of our company's DNA, the driving force that has led us to mark several firsts over time. We are the first real estate company listed on the BVB, the company that implemented for the first time in Romania the concept of a residential compound and the first developer to implement the BREEAM Excellent standards in a residential project in the country. We are constantly striving to raise our standards to provide quality housing in major cities in the country.
We own a valuable land portfolio of 84.1 hectares in important cities in the country, which ensures both geographical expansion and diversification towards adjacent market segments. About 10,000 homes can be developed on some of these lands.

With over 30 years of experience in developing independent residential and office projects, we focus on developing mixed, multi-functional projects that meet the needs of modern, ever-evolving communities. One such example is GREENFIELD Băneasa, where we introduced the concept of community center, which includes commercial spaces, fitness & wellness center, office building, parking spaces, STB terminal, public school and kindergarten.
The inclusion of complete community functions is one of the pillars of our development strategy, as part of the development of modern communities, in which all the necessary facilities are found inside the complex. Thus, we offer the members of the communities we develop a quality life and time saving.
Expanding into new market segments is a strategic step in strengthening our position as a leader in real estate development. In a continuously evolving economic and urban context, we consistently adapt our offering to meet the diverse needs of our clients. As such, we are expanding our portfolio into high-potential segments, such as the luxury residential market, through innovative projects that bring added value to the market.
A concrete example is Aria Verdi, our first project dedicated to the luxury segment. Located in the heart of the Capital, Aria Verdi offers an exclusive lifestyle through a harmonious mix of spacious apartments, state-of-the-art features, and integrated facilities, all within an elegant and well-connected urban environment.
This strategic direction allows us not only to diversify our portfolio, but also to address a new audience. Entering this segment marks a natural evolution for the company, reflecting our ability to deliver benchmark projects across all market categories.


We value the environment and with each project developed, we create communities in harmony with it, putting the well-being and health of residents first. To achieve this goal, we use sustainable technologies, renewable energy and include extensive green spaces.
We aim for 80% of the projects developed since 2021 to be BREEAM certified, the most appreciated sustainability standard at international level. Thus, the GREENFIELD COPOU and ARIA VERDI projects are designed according to BREEAM criteria, in addition to the nZEB standard.
We have invested and will continue to invest in renewable energy solutions, such as photovoltaic panels and solar panels, already existing in some of the completed projects. At the same time, we continue to reduce CO2 emissions by including central heating systems, micro-mobility solutions (bicycles, scooters and electric scooters) and charging stations for electric vehicles in residential compounds.
Our development department is constantly looking for innovative solutions in construction to standardize buildings and achieve faster development and volume savings.
We own essential resources for large-scale sustainable development, having integrated construction companies (RCTI, IMPACT Alliance Moldova), as well as architecture and design (IMPACT Alliance Architecture), which contribute to streamlining the group's activities, improving quality and control over production (schedule and costs) and optimizing the project development process.
We offer integrated services to our clients for a pleasant experience, namely financial brokerage services (IMPACt Finance & Sales), interior design services, and rental and facility management services of completed units, as well as the facility management of the sports and wellness club in the portfolio (Spatzioo).
