Located in the northern part of the GREENFIELD Baneasa project, on the edge of the Baneasa Forest, GREENFIELD Plaza brings the inhabitants of the compound a new standard of comfort, by including the multiple functionalities necessary for a large community: the commercial and service area, the fitness center and spa, to which is added the building that houses the headquarters of the developer company, IMPACT. In line with our ESG policy, the shopping center holds the BREEAM Excellent international sustainability certification. In its development, we have used responsible practices, sustainable materials, renewable energy, sustainable and intelligent systems and equipment, which lead to reduced pollution, protection of natural resources and reduced maintenance costs.

The roof of the wellness club is equipped with solar panels, which cover about 70% of the energy needs for heating the domestic water and swimming pools, while 25% of the electricity needs for the shopping arcade are provided by photovoltaic panels.
