IMPACT – awarded at the first edition of Forbes Residential Building gala

IMPACT Developer & Contractor received the "First real estate company listed on BVB, with over 30 years of experience and a market capitalization of over 1 billion lei" award at the Forbes Residential Buildings Gala.

Organized by the prestigious “Forbes Romania” publication and in its first edition, the event brought together the most important players on the Romanian residential market, both to discuss the latest news with an impact on the industry, but also to reward excellence in the field.

IMPACT Developer & Contractor is one of the first 3 companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), in 1996 and the first real estate developer listed. In its 26 years of uninterrupted listing, IMPACT has proven to be one of the most innovative listed companies considering the diversity of stock exchange instruments used for the first time.

In August 2021, IMPACT became a Romanian “unicorn”, exceeding 1 billion lei market capitalization.

In March 2022, IMP shares were included in the Global Micro Cap category of the Russell FTSE Indices, part of the FTSE Global Equity Index Series (GEIS) dedicated to Emerging Markets, as a result of meeting the capitalization and liquidity criteria.
